It starts with a diagnostic.

Every engagement begins here. The Revenue Diagnostic is a structured assessment of your revenue organisation: the team, the motion, the pipeline, the process, and the talent.

We listen to calls, sit in deal reviews, and interview the people doing the selling. We map where the motion breaks down and why.

The output is a written architecture recommendation: where the gaps are, what to fix first, and what the right engagement looks like from here. We do not propose a solution until we have done the diagnosis.

What follows the diagnostic depends entirely on what it reveals. These are the forms our work takes. Most engagements combine more than one.

Advisory.

Ongoing advisory relationships with founders and revenue leaders. We work alongside you on the decisions that matter as they arise: hiring, methodology, pipeline, territory, compensation. The cadence and format are defined after the diagnostic, shaped around how you actually work.


STRUCTURED PROGRAMS

Structured programs.

Focused, time-bound work on a specific outcome. A methodology rollout. A manager development effort. Pipeline discipline. A hiring framework. Delivered as workshops, single or multi-session, or as a defined program scoped tightly around one thing that needs to change.


FRACTIONAL & CONTRACT TALENT

Fractional and contract talent.

When the right move is to put experienced hands directly into your revenue org, we embed Nordmark practitioners alongside your team. Account executives, SDRs, sales managers, VPs of Sales, and people leadership, on a fractional or contract basis. These are not placements or staffing referrals. They are Nordmark people, accountable to our standard, working inside your team for as long as the situation calls for it.


TALENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT

Talent acquisition support.

When you are building or assessing your team, we support the process you already run. We sit in on interviews, structure assessments, advise on how to evaluate candidates, and where it helps, introduce people from the Nordmark network. This is not recruiting. We do not place candidates for a fee. We help you make better hiring decisions, as a standalone engagement or as part of a broader relationship.

We work with a small number of clients at any one time. Scope, format, and investment are defined after the diagnostic, never before. You will always know what you are committing to before you commit to it.

If there is not a fit, we will tell you. The diagnostic is designed to surface that early, before either of us has invested more than a conversation.
